If you’re not happy with your order, I will of course do whatever I can to fix this. You can always return your order within 14 days of delivery to get a refund as long as it’s in the same condition as when you received it. Please note that return expenses will not be refunded. Always clearly mark the package ‘Returned Goods’ to avoid any custom charges. Please get in touch here if you wish to return a print or frame.
If your print/frame has been damaged during transport upon receiving this, please report this to us with a picture of the damage within 48 hours of receiving it to get a full compensation or a new print shipped your way. This is of course at no expense to you.
For packages that are not cashed at your post office within 14 days, we reserve the right to charge a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies’ administrative costs.
